Jürgen Klopp 'concerned' over transfers
Reds boss Jürgen Klopp is concerned that Liverpool may be going through too much of a rebuild this summer, according to reports.
The Liverpool manager looks to be losing two of his most experienced midfielders soon, with both Jordan Henderson and Fabinho on the verge of completing moves to Saudi Arabia.

The duo’s expected departures come after Liverpool bid farewell to three other midfielders earlier this summer, with James Milner, Naby Keïta and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain exiting the club upon the expiry of their contracts.
And a sixth midfielder could still leave, with The Mirror reporting that Thiago Alcântara is considering a return to Spain, with La Liga clubs aware that he would be ready to leave Anfield.
According to The Express, Klopp wanted both Milner and Henderson to stay due to their dressing room influence, and the Liverpool boss believes a changing of the guard is happening too soon.
Southampton boss makes transfer admission amid Lavia links
Southampton boss Russell Martin has admitted the club needs to ‘lighten the load’ as Roméo Lavia continues to be linked with a move to Liverpool.
With the Reds back on the lookout for midfielder, Lavia has been one of the most consistent names touted for a move to Anfield. Football Insider claims Liverpool is still in contact with Southampton over a deal.
According to the report, the Saints want $64m (£50m/€58m), but Liverpool doesn’t want to pay too much above $51m (£40m/€46m). The Reds may well be encouraged in their stance by Martin’s latest comments.
"It’s about timing," Martin told the Southern Daily Echo. "So much of football is about timing and opportunity. We have players that we are interested in and that know we are interested in them.
"We are having to be patient in a way because we do have to lighten the load, not purely just for training but financially as well for the club. There will also be opportunities like with [Ryan] Manning and [Shea] Charles where we had to move when we did.
"The club and the owners have been willing to do that which is fantastic for us. It’s natural that people will have to start leaving otherwise we will end up with a huge squad and I don’t think that is beneficial to anybody.
"There have been some other clubs where that has happened, and it’s been quite detrimental to the club. We will have to see where we end up in terms of numbers. Things will start happening soon I am sure. The market has been really slow."
